We had a great day with the families at St. Stephen. Great food, an indoor snowball fight, a great magic show from Lance Johnson, some music, and of course, Santa. Thanks to Father Manuel for allowing Knights of Columbus 6099 to host the party at St. Stephen, Family Director Tom Smelas for organizing the event, Mike Doyle Sr. for organizing the food, Steve R. and the rest of the kitchen crew, and several other Knights for the hard work making this year’s party such a great success. It was the most well-attended Kid’s Christmas Party in the Council’s history.
Special thanks to Nancy Powell for providing the great pictures!CLICK HERE TO Read more AND SEE ALL OF THE PICTURES FROM THE PARTY

Our Worthy Lector and Family Council Director, Tom Smelas put on a moving event last night. Light Up For Christ is a part of Knights of Columbus initiative Keep Christ in Christmas. Approximately 75 people attend a night of dining, Christmas Hymns performed by members of the St. Stephen choir, and readings and prayer overseen by our Father Manuel.
This event focuses on the reason we celebrate Christmas and helps remind us to keep that in our minds and hearts during this season. If you missed it this year, don’t miss it next year! Thanks to Father Manuel for his participation and parishioners from St. Stephen and O.L.P.H.
We’re changing things up this year! We’re moving the Kid’s Christmas Party to St. Stephen immediately following 11am Mass. Bring the entire family! We’ll have chicken fingers, corn dogs, fries, ice cream, and drinks. Santa is bringing gifts for the kids and we’ve been able to book award winning Magician Lance Johnson of Excalibur Magic. Lance is an accomplished and polished magician who has traveled all over the country with his act. DON’T MISS THIS!
It’s easy, go to 11am mass at St. Stephen on the 8th, after mass walk right over to the small hall, and enjoy great food and a ton of fun and entertainment that all will enjoy!
